European Lymphatic Drainage Massage in Beverly Hills

What is lymphatic drainage massage?

Lymphatic drainage massage is a light, slow manual technique that follows the pathways of the lymphatic system to support lymph flow. Our signature European method combines it with fascia techniques: it may help reduce the appearance of puffiness in the face, legs and abdomen, and most clients leave feeling lighter.

How a Session Works

Who It’s For

  • Feeling Lighter

Anyone who simply wants to feel lighter and better in their body

  • Maintenance

Clients maintaining results between contouring protocols

  • Event Prep

Anyone preparing for an event, a shoot, or a photograph

  • Hormonal Cycles

Hormonal fluid changes and cyclical swelling

  • Leg Heaviness

Clients with heaviness or fluid retention in the legs

  • Frequent Flyers

    Frequent flyers and long-haul travellers

  • Morning Puffiness

Anyone who wakes up puffy or swells through the day

Step by Step
  1. A short check-in: your goals, health history and anything we should know first.
  2. Light, slow manual drainage along the lymphatic pathways, combined with fascia work.
  3. 90 minutes for the lower body or upper body with face and neck; 2 hours for the full body.
  4. Afterwards: drink water and skip alcohol for the rest of the day.
What to Expect?
Most clients notice a visible difference the same day. Less puffiness in the face, lighter legs, better definition along the jaw and waist. A single session feels excellent. A series changes how your body behaves. For persistent fluid retention we typically recommend a course, and we’ll give you a specific, honest number at your consultation — not a package pushed on you at the door.
Who Should Skip It
Speak with a physician first if you have an active infection, blood clots, untreated heart or kidney conditions, certain cancers or an acute skin condition. Pregnant? Tell us before booking.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

She is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to get to know you and your body, and really goes all out to make sure your results are what you are looking for. She is knowledgeable about what different types of bloat look like and what / where you are storing it means. Every time I go is a treat and I really enjoy the care, genuine connection, and service I receive!

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

I love and am obsessed with this place. Literally came twice from Hawaii and extended a layover just to come here. The health benefits of real lymphatic drain is insane but the amount of detail and physical strength that Eliza puts in is unlike others. I love how she tailors the treatment to what I need, not necessarily what I want. I’ve never felt more snatched than now.

Post-Op Lymphatic Massage

I came to Elisa a 7-month postpartum, felt exhausted, swollen, and disconnected from her body. We embarked on a 12-session sculpting transformation program, which resulted in a weight loss of over 22 pounds. However, the most significant transformation was the rekindling of my sense of self…it felt like a therapeutic journey, providing a sense of calm, healing, and profound transformation. Elizaveta’s unique energy permeates her space, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Body Roller Massage

Such an amazing experience! I tried the roller massage, compression therapy and steam sauna in a private room and absolutely loved it. As a professional athlete, my muscles tend to hold a lot of tension and get extremely tight, so recovery is a big part of my routine. I was genuinely impressed by how much better my body felt afterward. It really helped release muscle tension, relax my body and support recovery. The whole experience felt private, relaxing, and incredibly effective. Definitely something I’ll be coming back for!

Lymphatic Drainage Massage: Questions, Answered

How much is a lymphatic drainage massage in Beverly Hills?

At LIMFAERA, a 90-minute session for the lower body, or for the upper body with face and neck, is $250. The 2-hour full body session with face and neck is $290. Add-ons such as pressotherapy or a body scrub are $20–$50. Mobile sessions across Los Angeles carry a travel fee: call us to confirm it before booking.

How do booking and cancellation work?

A $50 deposit secures your appointment and goes toward the price of your session. With 48 hours' notice or more you can reschedule once. With less than 48 hours' notice, 50% of the service price is charged; with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show, 100%. Full details are in our Studio Policies.

Will I need the bathroom afterwards?

Most likely, yes — and that’s normal. We’ll ask you to drink water and avoid alcohol for the rest of the day.

Does it hurt?

No. The pressure is light and slow. Most clients find it deeply relaxing and many fall asleep.

What is the difference between European and Brazilian lymphatic drainage?

Brazilian technique is rhythmic and shaping, built for immediate visual effect. The European approach is slower and anatomically precise, designed for cumulative change rather than a one-afternoon result. We do European.

Does lymphatic drainage massage work?

It doesn't burn fat, and we won't promise a detox. What clients usually notice is less visible puffiness and lighter-feeling legs, often the same day. A series of sessions gives a steadier effect than a single visit. Individual results vary.

Who shouldn’t book this?

Anyone with an active infection, blood clots, untreated heart or kidney conditions, certain cancers, or acute skin conditions should speak with a physician first. If you’re pregnant, please tell us before booking.

How often should I come?

For maintenance, most clients come every two to four weeks. For persistent fluid retention, a shorter, more frequent course works better at the start. We’ll build the schedule at your consultation.

Will lymphatic drainage help me lose weight?

No — and we’d rather tell you that now than take your money. Lymphatic work doesn’t burn fat. What it can support is reduced fluid retention, less swelling, better circulation, and how your body feels and looks day to day.
